QBs does Medium size Multi-Family Renovations (2-30 units), New Construction, Full Gut Rehabs and Cosmetic Rehabs. As a GC focused on real estate Investors, QB is adept at Fix and Flips, Rental Units renovations, and Buy and Holds.
What is QBs pricing model?
We believe transparency provides clarity and avoids unexpected surprises to our clients. Unlike other contractors, Quality Builders charges a flat percentage rate based on our clients project size. Additionally, QB has the Transparent Cost Partnership (TCP) where our clients pay exactly what our Subcontractors charge.
What type of financing does QB accept?
QB works with the following financing: Fannie Mae Homepath Renovation Loan, 203K loan, Development Loan, Conventional Construction Loan, Hard Money Loan, and Cash. Additionally, we work directly with your lender and title company to set up all payment distribution.
Which areas does QB service?
We cover the City of Chicago and the surrounding areas within 30 miles from the City Center.
