This session builds directly on last month’s walkthrough, providing updated progress, new insights from the field, and a deeper look into how the project is evolving.

Scope of Project: This renovation kicks off with major demolition and upgrades across all levels of the home. In the basement, the chimney, boiler, staircase, and walls will be removed, along with four windows. On the first floor, the kitchen and multiple walls, closets, doors, and flooring will be demolished to create an open layout and allow for a new stair opening. The second floor includes removal of the existing kitchen and select doors, plus refinishing of the bathroom bathtub.
Additional upgrades include a new water service, gutter installation at the southwest corner, roof patching where the chimney is removed, and window replacement in the first-floor kitchen. Plumbing enhancements will feature new faucets in both bathrooms.
