We’ll take a final look at how the original scope came together, review key construction decisions made throughout the renovation, and discuss lessons learned along the way.

Scope of Project: his project included a full transformation across multiple levels of the property. Major work included demolition and structural modifications, removal of the existing chimney and boiler, staircase modifications, wall and layout changes, kitchen renovations, flooring work, and bathroom improvements.

The renovation also included major system and exterior upgrades such as a new water service, plumbing improvements, window replacement, gutter installation, and roof repairs associated with the chimney removal.

Now that construction is wrapping up, this final walkthrough will focus on the finished result and how the original renovation plans were brought to life. We’ll also review some of the challenges, decisions, and lessons from the project from beginning to completion.
