Construction projects can and do end up taking longer than expected from time to time. This is often due to issues with permits, inspections, material delays, etc.
If we don't finish on time, we will pay your lost rent or carrying costs for every day we go over our schedule. This is our QB schedule guarantee. On Time Or It's On Our Dime!

Site Walkthrough
Once alignment is confirmed, we’ll need to put our eyes on your project in order to dive deeper. We offer a virtual or an in-person stie walkthrough depending on your preference. We value your time and want to make this process as smooth as possible.
Scope of Work (SOW)
After the walkthrough is complete and any plans are analyzed, our QB proposal team will work with you to develop a clear and concise SOW. This SOW will be the baseline for our partnership and outlines all renovation activities, so there is zero confusion.

Proposal
This is the secret sauce. Our proposal team will prepare a comprehensive and detailed proposal to get you the highest ROI on your property. Each proposal is broken down into specific categories per trade and provides clarity on both material and labor costs.
Presentation
A 1:1 video call will be scheduled to present the proposal for your project, where we spell out how we developed the cost and answer any & all questions you may have. We cover all the bases to make sure you can make a well-informed decision regarding your project.

Transparent Partnership

Our Transparent Partnership Agreement (TPA) - allows you to see all the actual labor and material where every cost is crystal clear - leaving no ambiguity as to what you’re paying for.
