Theresa Knower is a veteran 1031 exchange expert and Senior Vice President at Midland IRA, a leading self-directed IRA administrator and qualified intermediary for tax-deferred exchanges. She holds Certified Exchange Specialist credentials and regularly speaks on 1031 exchanges, helping investors defer taxes and maximize investment growth
