We believe transparency provides clarity and avoids unexpected surprises to our clients. Unlike other contractors, Quality Builders charges a flat percentage rate based on our clients project size.

How does QB leverage technology?

Quality Builders uses technology driven project management and communication tools that provide real-time updates with tracking of project schedules and budgets.

What is the Transparent Partnership Agreement (TPA)?

Transparent Partnership Agreement (TPA) is where you pay the actual costs of the materials and labor in addition to the GC fee. This allows for a transparent relationship between the owner and the GC since you only pay for the work completed. The GC, in turn, can focus on the quality rather than the overall cost of the work being done.
